RP: Surprise, Alucard!

[Raven Tepes]

Dunpeal, Dustin, Duncan, and Daniel were in the Hellsing training field as usual for them on Wednesdays. They practice their powers and combat moves under the watchful eyes of their father. Alucard stands against the wall with his arms crossed and calling out tips and orders. Alucard: Dunpeal, you're dropping your left guard too much! Tighten it up!

The boys practice for hours as usual. When training is done, the boys laugh and joke around. They get cleaned up and decide to go out to a local bar. The boys call out to their mother as they leave the manor. Duncan: We'll be back in a couple of hours, mom.

Karasu: Where are you going?

Dustin: We're just going to the bar down the road. He heads for the door behind Dunpeal and Duncan.

Karasu: Okay. Remember your phones just in case? She says as she looks up from her book of demonic magic.

Daniel: We got them, mom. He follows his brothers out the door.

The boys walk down to the bar but stop halfway there. The four of them see a dimensional tear in the fabric of space and time. They all look at each other and then back to the tear. Dunpeal: We should call mom and dad about this one.

Duncan: We should check it out closer before calling the parents. He says as he walks closer.

Dunpeal sighs and signals to Dustin and Daniel to follow. All four boys walk closer to the tear. Through it, they see a tavern, Darkfire Tavern. Duncan: I say we go through it and explore more.

Dunpeal: I say we stay here and call mom and dad. He crosses his arms.

Daniel: Hey, listen. We check it out for a moment and come back. Then we call mom and dad. He says in a compromise.

Dustin: It doesn't look dangerous. What could it hurt to check it out? He says as he takes a closer look.

Dunpeal sighs as he sees that he's being out voted. Dunpeal: Fine. We'll check it out. He takes the lead and walks through the tear while his three brothers follow closely. Once on the other side, they decide to walk into the Darkfire Tavern with curiosity. They know the name because their mother is half Darkfire. Once inside they take a seat next to Future Alucard and Tenzo, not realizing that Future Alucard is the alternate of their father yet. Dunpeal waves down the bartender. Dunpeal: Bartender. Can we order a round?

Merlin, the current manager of the bar when Kindron isn't around, and Zecilio, a former employee of Acillia's who stayed on to help the Darkfire Tavern, were behind the counter when the four pull up.

Zecilio is the first to see the four, and goes over to them with a charming smile while Merlin just watches from behind the counter.

Zecilio: Of course. What can I get for you gentlemen today? He says to them with a cheerful and charming smile.

Meanwhile, Future Alucard looks over, sensing the four boys.

Future Alucard: It seems we have new visitors. He says carefully. While it seemed like he was saying that the four were new to the Darkfire Tavern, he was actually commenting on them being either alternates or alternate timeline kids.

Tenzo looks over, sipping his apple juice (Yes, Tenzo drinks apple juice instead of booze).

Tenzo: You okay, Alucard? You look... surprised. He says to Future Alucard, noticing Future Alucard's subtle surprise he was trying to hold back.

[Raven Tepes]

To those sensitive, the four brothers sense as both Darkfire and Tepes but also fallen angel. Dunpeal: I'll have a whiskey on the rocks. He says with an unhappy look on his face to Zecillio.

Dustin: I'll have a Guinness stout. He says with a charming smile.

Duncan: I'll take a Jameson straight up. He says to Zecillio with a grin while his eyes occasionally darts to Future Alucard.

Daniel: I'll just have a glass of Merlot. He says with a bit of excitement. Daniel: By the way, who owns this place?

[Zorbak the Ebil Moglin]

Future Alucard: I'm guessing they are either alternates, or the past version of me and Raven had some other children I don't know about. He says jokingly as he analyzes the kids.

Tenzo looks over at the the four, curious now after hearing Future Alucard.


Zecilio starts making their drinks, which doesn't take him too long. As he works, he answers Daniel's question.

Zecilio: Well. The actual owner is Kindron Darkfire. But with all the businesses he runs now, he isn't always able to be here. He then motions to Merlin Jones. The one who manages this establishment without Kindron here, is Merlin Jones. Kindron doesn't spend much time here since he has other businesses to attend to, so Merlin is almost always the one in charge.

[Raven Tepes]

Dustin over hears Future Alucard and Tenzo talking. He then looks to Dunpeal with a mischievous look. Dustin: Are you gonna do it, bro? Or one of us.. particularly me?

He maintains a stoic look as he waits for the drinks. Dunpeal: Please don't make me hit you in front of strangers.

Dustin: He technically isn't a stranger. He says with a more serious look but maintains a grin similar to Alucard's.

Dunpeal: Last warning. If you embarrass me, then I will knock you unconscious.. again. His tone of voice begins to become sharp like a knife.

Dustin: Totally worth it. He then looks to Future Alucard and Tenzo. Dustin: Excuse me. I couldn't help but overhear your conversation. We're technically not from this universe. Dustin's grin becomes a bit wider. Dustin: So yeah, you got quadruplets where we're from. Surprise, Pops! Pops is a term Dustin uses when joking around with the Alucard of his universe.

Dunpeal lowers his head a bit in embarrassment and clenches his fist. Dunpeal: Be respectful, jackarse. He says to Dustin in a low, dangerous tone of voice.

Duncan just shakes his head at the whole situation like he saw this coming.

Daniel is more focused Zecilio and the conversation that they're having than to be distracted by Dustin. Daniel: Kindron owns this place? That's pretty cool. He's my mom's cousin in our universe. What about Hei and Kendrix? Do you have versions of them here too?

[Zorbak the Ebil Moglin]

Future Alucard looks over to them.

Future Alucard: I kind of figured that out. He says jokingly when they mention alternates The me in this timeline only has a pair of twins and a few other alternate kids as far as I'm aware.

Tenzo: So, they're kids from another universe huh? I can see the resemblance. He says as he sips his apple juice.


Zecilio: Indeed. Hei and Kendrix tend to stay in London. Hei runs his own bar over in London, while Kendrix runs the organization Black Sun.

[Raven Tepes]

Dustin: "The me in this timeline"? Dustin repeats a bit confused.

Duncan: He means that he's a timeline alternate. He says with a "matter of fact" look. He then looks to Future Alucard and Tenzo. Duncan: Am I right? From the future?

Dunpeal mentally counts to ten though he remains stoic and brooding as he waits for his drink.

Daniel gets a surprised look as Zecilio mentions that Hei and Kendrix are in London with their own businesses. Daniel: They're in London with their own businesses? Wow! That must mean Qrow is still alive in this universe and running the clan. Our Hei bounces between Kyoto and New Orleans running clan business while his brothers, Kindron and Kendrix, run a high tech weapons business in New Orleans contracted by several governments.

[Zorbak the Ebil Moglin]

Future Alucard: That's right. I'm from an alternate future that no longer exists. Long story. He says to Duncan.


Zecilio: As far as I know, he is. He mostly spends his time at another bar here in New Orleans. He explains when Daniel mentions Qrow.

Now Dustin is really confused. Dustin: Okay, you're from a future that doesn't exist yet you exist in this time period? How?

Duncan decides to let Dustin's wheels turn on this one since he figured this means Future Alucard is a temporal anomaly.

Dunpeal finally calms down and is actually amused by Dustin's confusion.

Daniel keeps an excited smile as he talks to Zecilio. Daniel: In my universe, Granduncle Qrow was killed in an ambush raid on Grandpa's home by an Edgardo. Long before our time.

[Zorbak the Ebil Moglin]

Future Alucard: Well. I'm not entirely sure. Honestly, the time travel stuff gets complicated and I don't fully understand all that stuff. He explains with a shrug, motioning to Tenzo when he mentions Tenzo.

Tenzo: I guess some kind of temporal anomaly. I was told my flames probably protected me because they don't obey normal physics. And Alucard regenerated on a time traveler's ship when he was erased since they were keeping samples of his blood. He explains, knowing more about time travel stuff than Future Alucard did.


Zecilio: Is that so. I don't know who that is. But then, I don't know much about the Darkfires history to know if anything similar may have happened in our universe. He says, not knowing much about Edgardo since he had never really been exposed to the Sabbat in London or had the Darkfire family history explained to him.

[Raven Tepes]

Dustin: Okay, I think I get the whole time anomaly thing now. Gotta be crazy knowing that you can't go back to your own time period. Dustin says with an understanding smile after listening to Tenzo's explanation.

Duncan: You have dark fire abilities like the Darkfire clan? Um.. Oh we never introduces ourselves. I'm Duncan. The loud mouth to start us off is Dustin. Mister brooding and stoic is Dunpeal. He then points to Daniel who is still talking with Zecilio. Duncan: That is Daniel.

Dustin gets a big fanged grin when he's pointed out.

Dunpeal grunts a bit at being called brooding. Dunpeal: I'm not brooding. I'm reserved and calculating.

Dustin: Whatever gets you through the day, Dunn. He says with a smirk.

Dunpeal just ignores Dustin but says something about hurting Dustin later under his breath.

Daniel: Ah, then I'll have to visit Qrow or Kindron while we're in this universe. Oh that reminds me.. He pulls out a handheld computer with a scanner from his bag. Daniel: I want to record our multiversal coordinates for easier travel back and forth. He then adds. Daniel: Our time lord helped me tune this to my magic so I can open specific portals.

[Zorbak the Ebil Moglin]

Future Alucard: Well, you already know who I am. And this. He says as he motions to Tenzo. is Tenzo Strade. He's a friend of mine.

Tenzo: Actually, they're just a similar color, but they're very different. Mine use special properties to distort space and time using the Planck temperature, kind of like the opposite of absolute zero. Because the flames are powerful enough to absorb some forms of light due to breaking down the laws of physics, that's why mine appear purple. He explains.


Zecilio: I would be careful. I've been told that dimensional travel out of this world is nearly impossible at the moment. You may want to consult with someone who knows about this stuff, but our dimension has some dimensional distortion problems. But you'd have to talk to someone who knows more about that stuff than me. He says to Daniel.

[Raven Tepes]

Dustin's eyes go wide when he listens to Tenzo explain how his dark fire works. Dustin: Hold up! Now that is awesome that you're dark fire can warp space and time. Then he grins with a question. Dustin: So can you slow time around a cute girl...

Dunpeal finally slaps Dustin in the back of the head before he can finish his question. Dunpeal: I warned him.

Dustin rubs his head. Dustin: Sh*t.. that hurt this time.

Dunpeal: You're lucky I didn't knock you out again.

Duncan rolls his eyes at the whole situation and returns to the conversation with Future Alucard and Tenzo. Duncan: I think what Dustin is going for is examples of how your dark fire works, Tenzo.

Daniel: Hold on.. dimensional distortion? That is not good. He actually gets a little worried as he talks to Zecilio. Daniel: Um.. I'll let you finish our drinks. I need to go check something real quick. He then stands from the barstool and runs outside.

[Zorbak the Ebil Moglin]

Tenzo: I can slow time. But it's not always consistent. The Planck temperature causes some unpredictability when it comes to how it affects the laws of physics. I basically just burn stuff using my chains to channel the flames and let space-time burn around them. He explains with a shrug.

[Raven Tepes]

Dustin: Okay, so no really fun time manipulation. Gotcha. He says with a bit of dashed hope. Dustin: At least you can burn stuff though which is still awesome.

Dunpeal looks to Zecilio for those drinks.

Dustin: Hmm.. sounds like a complicated power if you want to do more advanced techniques.

Daniel makes to where they had walked out of the dimensional tear and sees that it has closed. Daniel: Crap.. He walks back to where his brothers are in the bar.
